1. Eligibility You must

Be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction)- Have full legal capacity to enter into binding contracts- Not be located in a restricted jurisdiction or be subject to any sanctions

2. Nature of Services

Quantor offers structured alternative investment strategies, including but not limited to:

• Hourly-compounding XRP Accumulator
• Solana-based DeFi auto-compounding tools
• Precious Metals Equity portfolios
• Algorithmic trading server access

All services are provided as-is and may be subject to change without prior notice.

3. Risk Disclosure

Investing involves inherent risk. You acknowledge that:

• Digital assets, mining equities, and algorithmic strategies are volatile and speculative
• Past performance does not guarantee future results
• You are solely responsible for your investment decisions
• Some strategies include capital protection; others may not

4. Account Registration & Security

You agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete onboarding information
• Not impersonate any other person or entity
• Maintain the confidentiality of your login credentials
• Immediately notify us of any unauthorized access to your account

5. Use of Platform You agree not to:

Engage in fraudulent, unlawful, or manipulative activities

• Interfere with platform security or operations
• Reproduce, modify, distribute, or exploit any part of the platform without written consent
• Use bots or automated systems outside of authorized trade server access

6. Withdrawals & Returns

• Withdrawals are subject to availability, verification, and relevant lock-in or compounding periods
• Returns may vary based on market performance and strategy type
• Capital-protected strategies will return the original capital unless explicitly stated otherwise

7. Fees and Charges

 All service fees, subscription costs, or withdrawal charges will be clearly communicated during onboarding or product selection. We reserve the right to update fees with notice.

8. Intellectual Property

All content, trademarks, designs, strategies, and technology used on the platform are the intellectual property of Quantor. Unauthorized use is prohibited.

9. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account if:

• You violate these Terms
• You engage in suspicious or illegal activities
• Your use poses a risk to the platform or other users

You may also request account closure at any time, subject to any outstanding obligations.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law:

• Quantor is not liable for any loss, including loss of capital, profits, or data
• We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service
• Your sole remedy for dissatisfaction is to stop using the platform

11. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Quantor, its affiliates, directors, and employees from any claims, damages, losses, or legal fees arising from your use of the platform or breach of these Terms.
